When clarity becomes a leadership skill
A strong interview answer gives the listener something to remember. Choose one situation rather than summarising your entire career.
Explain the constraint, the action you personally took and the outcome.
Numbers help when they are meaningful, but reflection matters too: what did you learn and what would you repeat? Avoid hiding behind “we” for every sentence.
The interviewer is trying to understand your judgement and contribution.
A concise structure gives you room to sound natural instead of memorising a speech.
